Smallest thing I’ve ever seen

Why is it so small

Not the best

Got this a couple days ago. Very hard to put in and take out. I thought it just needed getting used to but it hurt and I decided to take it out. I had it in for about 2-3 days and I didn’t realize it until today when I took it out but it was cutting into my nose I thought it was just pressing but because the ends aren’t rounded out they just cut into my skin.
