I've been using these tunnels since 6g (currently 0g), and I couldn't be happier with them! They're my everyday earrings. The only minor issue is that the grommets are a bit small, which means they can slip out while I’m sleeping—though it’s not a big deal for me. I also love that they’re easy to modify with a Dremel, allowing me to wear hoops and fish hook earrings.

These were the tunnels I first used when starting my ear-stretching journey and now, at 0g, I mean it when I say that they work amazing! They are a great price and have never once irritated my ears. I really love Pierced Universe as a whole, their customer service is great, shipping has always been on time or earlier then expected and their products are wonderful! Overall, these are just some great tunnels from a good company :)
